Initially designed for a single tenant, the flexibility in floor plate design also suited multi-tenancy. Such flexibility resulted in the building being fully occupied upon completion. The three street frontages demanded that the design had strength and identity with the building’s forms reflecting the Avon River on the dominant north side.
